This is not a traditional Jamaican drink recipe but is was one of my favourite to make as a child.
I grew up on a mini farm, where we rear chickens and grow many fruits and vegetables.
We grew carrot and had a few pineapple plants that bared the sweetest pineapples.
But after eating these fruits raw over and over again it got boring, so my siblings and I would find other ways to consume the fruits.
One of the ways that we did this was to make drinks with the fruits and this recipe is once of them.
