Quick and easy the make, with just a few ingredients and a few June plums you can have this very refreshing juice.

Large June plums
Ginger
About the length of your thump

Instructions
Wash and peel the June plums (don't peel if you wish to try it with the skin).
Remove the seed (at the core) and diced the flesh.
Wash, peel and dice the ginger.
Add the June plum, ginger and water into a blender. (You may have to do two separate batches). Blend until smooth.
Then strain into a container, sweeten to taste.
Pull to chill. Best server cold!
Notes
You may want to add fresh like juice. As I am using green June plum with the skin, I decided to leave it out.
