Jamaican Carrot and Beetroot Drink Recipe

- 400 g Carrot Peeled and chopped
- 100 g Beetroot Peeled and chopped
- 590 ml Water Can also use unsweetened milk
- ⅛ tsp Nutmeg
- ⅛ tsp Ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp Vanilla
- 236.59 ml Condensed milk Or sweeten to taste
Add the carrot, beetroot, water nutmeg and cinnamon to a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
Strain using a cheesecloth then sweeten to taste with condensed milk.
Serve over ice.
- You can also use unsweetened milk instead of water
- You can substitute the condensed milk for sugar if you use milk instead of water.
