3Green plantain
1 ½tspSalt
Oil
⅛tspCayenne pepper
⅛tspPaprika
Instructions
Peel the plantain and chop it up into thin slices.
In a large enough kitchen blow at the slice plantain and sprinkle the seasoning all over it. Mix well so that the slices are all coated well with the seasoning.
Pour the oil in a frying pan (enough oil so that it plantain is swimming in it) at medium heat and let it hot.
In batches, fry the plantain chips until golden brown. This won't take long since the slices are thin so keep a eye on them while they fry.
When the batch are finish leave to cool and serve your tasty plantain chips.
