June Plum Juice Recipe

Quick and easy the make, with just a few ingredients and a few June plums you can have this very refreshing juice.

Ingredients

  • 5 Large June plums
  • Ginger About the length of your thump
  • 5 cups Water
  • Sugar To taste

Instructions

  • Wash and peel the June plums (don't peel if you wish to try it with the skin).
  • Remove the seed (at the core) and diced the flesh.
  • Wash, peel and dice the ginger.
  • Add the June plum, ginger and water into a blender. (You may have to do two separate batches). Blend until smooth.
  • Then strain into a container, sweeten to taste.
  • Pull to chill. Best server cold!

Notes

You may want to add fresh like juice. As I am using green June plum with the skin, I decided to leave it out.
