Ingredients

  • 54 g Scallion
  • 6 Sprig fresh thyme
  • 1 Green scotch bonnet pepper
  • 45 g Onion
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 10 g Ginger
  • 57 g Green bell paper
  • 16 Pimento berries
  • 1 tsp Lime
  • 2 tbsp Oil or water (optional) see notes
  • ½ bunch cilantro
  • ¼ bunch parsley

Instructions

  • Wash and chop all the ingredients in small sizes suitable for your blender or food processor.
  • Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and puree or blend until smooth.
