Ingredients

  • 4 Leaves
  • 320 ml Water
  • ½ tbsp Honey

Instructions

  • Wash and place the soursop leaves in the teapot with the water.
  • Put the boil on medium heat.
  • Once the water starts boiling, let it brew for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Turn the heat off and leave to steep for 10 minutes.
  • Strain and sweeten to your liken.

Notes

  • Want a stronger tea? Use another leaf or two. Brew for more that 5 minutes. Longer brewing time will require more water.
  • Because soursop leaf tea already have a pleasing taste you may not need to use a lot of honey.
