- 2 Plantain 1 green & 1 ripe plantain
- 500 ml Vanilla Supligen
- 131 ml Dragon stout 1 bottle
- 315 ml Condensed milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- ½ tsp Grated nutmeg
- ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
- 31 g Oat
- 35 g Raw peanuts
- Supliden alternatives are Nutrament, Nurishment or unsweetened milk. I use unsweetened oat milk.
- You can use Guinness instead of dragon stout.
- Keep in the refrigerator and consume within three days after making.
