Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 Plantain 1 green & 1 ripe plantain
  • 500 ml Vanilla Supligen
  • 131 ml Dragon stout 1 bottle
  • 315 ml Condensed milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp Grated nutmeg
  • ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 31 g Oat
  • 35 g Raw peanuts

Instructions

  • Peel the plantains and chop them into small pieces.
  • Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve over ice.

Notes

  • Supliden alternatives are Nutrament, Nurishment or unsweetened milk. I use unsweetened oat milk.
  • You can use Guinness instead of dragon stout.
  • Keep in the refrigerator and consume within three days after making.
